Melissa is from Texas and has lived in Ireland and served as a missionary throughout Ireland, Northern Ireland, and England. These experiences have equipped her to work with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
From Melissa’s personal experience, she was previously married and widowed. She understands what it means to heal significant loss and commit to a devoted love again. Her personal experience enhances her empathetic approach, providing a safe space for clients to heal and grow.
Melissa views each client holistically, assessing and treating the mental, physical, social, and spiritual aspects when working with individuals, couples, and families. She has a deep passion to help individuals navigate through life’s challenges.
Therapeutic Modalities: Melissa enjoys using eclectic models, primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy.
