As a Pastoral Counselor and Christian Life Coach, my approach centers on guiding individuals through a transformative process. I help clients identify and overcome deceptive thought patterns that keep them from reaching their true potential. With the Holy Spirit’s guidance, I am dedicated to partnering with my clients to uncover and replace self-doubts, regrets, negative self-talk, and shame with God’s truth and hope. I am committed to providing a welcoming, safe, shame-free environment where transparency and true transformation can flourish. RuthAnn integrates practical cognitive techniques with the wisdom of Scripture and open dialogue. This comprehensive approach is designed to guide individuals toward a deeper understanding of their identity in Christ and a renewed hope of peace and productivity, enabling them to live more fully and authentically. Life experiences can sometimes trigger feelings of shame, self-doubt, or even deeper struggles (i.e., bondage, hurt, confusion, despair, hopelessness). God’s desire is for you to break free from these destructive patterns and replace lies with the truth that you are loved and valued. Focusing on truth will bring freedom, hope, and healing, which can ultimately be found through God’s love, grace, and mercy. RuthAnn has personally experienced the transformative power of understanding the root causes of mental, emotional, and spiritual struggles, which paved the way for her to find her freedom and identity in Christ. Knowing how challenging and daunting change can be, she is committed to extending God’s grace and support throughout your journey toward spiritual and emotional well-being. RuthAnn & her husband have two beautiful daughters, one Chiweenie, and one red-eared slider turtle!  She enjoys crocheting, scrapbooking, and playing table games. She is a distinguished graduate of Nazarene Bible College, where she earned her Counseling for Christian Ministries degree with honors. She is a Certified Life Coach through the International Christian Counseling Institute and an ordained minister in the Church of the Nazarene and serves on staff at Richardson Church of the Nazarene. RuthAnn sees clients from ages 15 and up. She has experience working with many diverse cultures and backgrounds.
