We all fall in many ways. We sometimes need a hand to help us back up and get on our way. As an experienced professional counselor and marriage & family therapist, I welcome the opportunity to be that hand that helps you get back up. I provide a safe, comfortable place where you can come to discuss your personal struggles and potential solutions that will work best for you. I hope that everyone I meet – individuals, couples, and families – will gain better control over the issues that our modern lives bring: to help build stronger and more fulfilling relationships, to have more successful personal and work lives, and to enjoy better positive mental health and well-being.

Maddie McAnally, M.A., LPC-Associate

I approach counseling with the intention that you feel heard and validated. I will meet you where you are and encourage you throughout the healing process. We will celebrate progress together, and when approaching struggles, I will give you tools to challenge your fears and thinking patterns, helping you to heal in your own time. I love to see people grow and gain confidence in themselves throughout their counseling journey!

I am passionate about helping others navigate times of transition or difficulty in their lives. You are not alone, and you will never be met with judgment or criticism in my office. I respect where you’re at, and want to help you get to where you’re going – even if you don’t know where that final destination is. My goal is to instill hope in each of my clients, and I strive to make our sessions a safe, comfortable place where nothing is off limits. Ultimately, counseling sessions are a place just for you – a place of self-exploration, hard work, joyful realizations, and the practice field for life outside of the office.

I have 25+ years of experience working with children and teens, helping them make positive changes early on that can impact the rest of their lives. My clients can expect a warm, compassionate, relaxed, non-judgmental atmosphere. My goal is to help guide, encourage, and facilitate new ways and skills for children to work toward change and involve parents in the process to be change agents as well.
